The government of Burundi just opened their first white meat processing plant in order to satisfy million of customers looking for this delicacy, they are planning to process 1,000 pound of white meat per month. White meat is considered to be a delicatessen in Burundi, is hard to find and is very expensive. Only compared to caviar or alaskan king crabs.
