We also see the Assistant Hangmen & Cooks, also wearing white shirts and ties, who who will assist the Hangwomen & Cooks hang him and cook him.
The Hangwomen & Cooks (not pictured here), also wearing white shirts and ties, will be in command and control of Chuck Roastt, and of his being hanged and cooked.
They will joyously and victoriously eat him after he has been hanged and cooked, and he will be delicious.
